Returns and Refunds
We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.
To qualify, an item must be unused, unsharpened, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, tags, and proof of purchase.
Before sending anything back, email cphotogenic@gmail.com for approval and return instructions. Returns sent without approval may be refused.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos so we can help.
Items that cannot be returned
We cannot accept used, carried, sharpened, altered, engraved, customized, or abused items. Clearance and final-sale items and gift cards are not returnable. Special-order items may not be returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Use tracked and insured shipping; NW Knife Shop is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
We will inspect approved returns and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post the refund.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing or shipped.
