Shipping Policy

NW Knife Shop offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

Orders are processed after payment is received and the item is confirmed available from supplier inventory. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 7-10 business days, depending on supplier handling time, product size, and carrier requirements. Please allow up to 3 weeks for oversized items, supplier delays, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may ship by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another approved carrier depending on item size, destination, and shipping restrictions. Final carrier selection is completed during fulfillment.

Large swords, machetes, axes, spears, maces, display pieces, and similar long-box items may require oversized carrier handling.

Oversized Items

Many swords and display pieces are long, heavy, or oversized. These items may take additional handling time and may require reinforced packaging, long boxes, signature-ready delivery service, or manual carrier review.

Legal Shipping Restrictions

Customers are responsible for knowing and following all federal, state, and local laws before ordering any sword, knife, axe, machete, dagger, or related item.

NW Knife Shop may cancel and refund any order that cannot legally or safely be shipped to the provided address.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the carrier and tracking number will be provided after shipment. Tracking may not update immediately after a label is created.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact NW Knife Shop as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier and supplier to help resolve the issue.
